Officers - Auxiliary

Our current Auxiliary officers are listed below with contact information and a brief description of what their position entails.  Only female Eagles are allowed to become members of the Auxiliary.  In turn, only female Eagles can become Auxiliary officers.  Each Auxiliary officer is also a volunteer and works closely with the Aerie officers and members to help unite and grow the organization. 

Madam President:  Lori Wynia—Norman

The Madam President shall preside at all Auxiliary meetings and shall see that harmony is preserved and enforce all the Laws of the Order.

Junior Past Madam President:   Myloe Smith

The retiring Madam President shall become Junior Past Madam President by virtue of having served as Madam President to the end of her term.

Madam Vice President:  Shannon Larsson-Denby

The Madam Vice President shall assist the Madam President in preserving order and decorum in the Auxiliary, and shall preside in the absence of the Madam President.

Madam Secretary:  Jean Blackwell

The Secretary shall be responsible to keep full and complete records of the proceedings of the Auxiliary, to read to the Auxiliary all reports, bills and communications among many other duties.

Madam Treasurer:   Jean Lenox

The Treasurer shall demand of and receive from the Secretary all money belonging to the Auxiliary and shall deposit such money in the bank account designated by the Auxiliary.

Madam Conductor:   Sue Daniels

The Madam Conductor shall have custody of all ritualistic paraphernalia of the Auxiliary and such other property as may be placed in her care.  It shall be her duty to arrange and dismantle such property in the Auxiliary meeting room.

Madam Inside Guard:  Linda Wheeler   

The Madam Inside Guard shall maintain her position at the inner door of the Auxiliary, only admitting after examining the official receipt of every member desiring admission while in session.

Madam Outside Guard:   Nora King

The Madam Outside Guard shall have charge of the outer room and during a session of the Auxiliary shall permit only members in good standing to enter that room.

Madam Chaplin:   Denisse Schrader

The Madam Chaplin shall have charge of the devotional exercises of the Auxiliary in accordance with the Ritual.

Trustees:   Jayme Housand, Ruth Ann Tate, Michelle Auttelet

The Madam Trustees , under the supervision and instruction of the Auxiliary, shall generally be the medium of contact between the officers and the members of both Auxiliary and Aerie.
